Alcoholometer and Thermometer with Cylinder

Most raw distillates perform high alcohol concentration which overdominates tastes and aromas. That's why most of the distillates should be attenuated. Alcohol contrentation should be measured exactly at 20C degree to get the correct readings. Generally an external thermometer is used with the alcoholometer, but this one has a built in thermometer, making repeated measurements unnecessary.
