Payment methods
Wire transfer: Upon receiving your order, we will send a pro forma invoiceto the e-mail address given at your registration. The pro forma invoice willinclude all the data you need to transfer directly from your own bankaccount.We accpet EUR and HUF through wire transfer payment.
Warranty and Returns
We grant 1 year warranty (3 years for Hazai types) from your purchase. Thewarranty period starts when you receive your order. The warranty covers thereplacement or repairing of any malfunctioning parts of the products. It iscustomers responsibility to send the product back to Hazaipálinka.hu Ltd., andsellers responsibility is to send the repaired or replaced products/parts tocustomer.Warranty doesn't apply for any malfunctioning due to inappropriate useor not following the guides provided with the products.
Satisfction Guarrantee
In case that customer wouldn't be satisfied with the products sent for anyreasons, we buy back our products within 8 work days from the receipt of theorder with no question. In this case it is customer's responsibility tosend/deliver goods and the invoice back to the seller. Seller has the right tochoose any kind of payment method to refund the value of the order sent back.
Prices and taxes
The prices shown on this web site are net prices. If you have no valid EUtax nr., then a 27% VAT will be invoices upon the net prices. If the customeris from outside of the European Union, customs duties and import taxes alsoshould be paid by the client.
