Adjustable heating performance is vital for the purest distillation. Start with high capacity, but set it slow when the mash starts to evaporate. Slow boiling allows you to separate the different compnents, and collect the valuable substrates only. This is the way to have the purest and most tasty distillate free of harmful substrates.
The capacity of the 5,33KW is far enough to heat even a 100l pot, but fits for smaller sizes as well.
