Placing the refiner dome between the pot and the vapor pipe, it will significantly improve the quality of the distillate. The majority of the oils and other undesirable materials will be condensed in the feriner dome and will flow back to the pot, generating a reflux flow to further clean the distillate. While it's large copper surface will contribute to the harmonic flavour of the final product.
The set includes a built in thermometer and akk necessary fittings for the installation.
